A small corner of the web
I’ve finally put up a little corner of the web of my own. Nothing fancy — somewhere to keep my CV tidy and in one place, and a spot to think out loud now and then.
After twenty-five years of running programmes, I’ve collected a fair number of opinions about how complex work actually gets delivered: what governance is for, why “recovery” is mostly listening, and how the boring disciplines — clear RAID, honest reporting, a plan everyone can see — quietly do the heavy lifting. This is where I’ll write some of that down.
Expect occasional posts on delivery, transformation, technology, and whatever else is rattling around. No schedule, no manifesto — just pontifications.
Thanks for stopping by.
